Welcome to the East District for the 2011 Summer season. Please attend the Mandatory Team Rep meeting on the 16th of April to receive your game schedule, user name and password for the scoring system and for information regarding the management of the league. Please see the unique times for each age group and please arrive at the start of your age group for packet hand out. Please do not arrive at the time of the meeting and expect to get your packet and make it to the meeting. Please arrive in time to get your packet and be prepared to go through the briefing on the top of the hour.
Please note, we will need volunteers to help hand out materials. If you can arrive by 7:30 and stay until 12:00, we could use your help. Even a couple volunteers before each time slot would be greatly appreciated and be less of a time commitment for you. Please send Mark Mahowald, MYSA East Girls Competitive Rep, an email at mysaeg@mnyouthsoccer.org if you would like to volunteer. If you help it will be a smoother process for all! If you do not volunteer to help, don't complain when you are standing in line!

Communication Policy
The East District has implemented a communication policy that age group coordinators will respond to most questions from your teams if they receive it from your club President or District representative. They will be instructed to not respond to any e-mail that does not come from your club officers. The district director will assist the age group coordinator when required but will not be responding back to individual parents and coaches. It is the con census that clubs need to be made aware of all team issues. This cannot be accomplished if teams are allowed to bypass the communication chain of command.
