Headquarters - Check in at Headquarters (Meyer Middle School) and help with tallying the scorecards and answering questions (where is a Burger King, etc)

Field Marshals (Meyer, Golf View West and Golf View West) - Check in at Headquarters (Meyer Middle School) 15 minutes prior to shift for instruction card, vests and game envelopes. The envelopes will contain a game scorecard. These are used to report the final score of the game. You will give the card to the center referee. The center ref will circle the team that won and write the score of the game. The center ref and a coach from each team has to sign the card. If there are any disputes try to clear it up with the referees right away. During the games you just need to keep an eye on things. If fans get rowdy, ask them to calm down. If there is an injury, you need to radio headquarters for help. When your shift is over, return the scorecards to headquarters and return your vest.

Concessions (Meyer MS and Golf View West) - I think is self explanatory - Check in at Headquarters (Meyer Middle School) 15 minutes prior to shift then proceed to concession stand. Someone will have to be in charge of the grill; the other folks will be selling the delicious goods we have for sale. Each concession stand will have a list of the people who are volunteering along with their phone numbers, just in case someone forgets to show up - we can call them. It would help if the volunteers running the first shifts each day could arrive a little earlier to help with the set up.

Water/ T-shirt stands (Meyer Middle School Field, Golf View West and Golf View East) - Check in at Headquarters.

Field set up/ tear down: set-up Friday after 4pm - go to HQ. Tear-down as games end Sunday - report to HQ.
